We use specially designed, spring loaded equipment to assist you to correct faulty movement patterns through neuromuscular re-education.
Exercises are progressed to challenge strength, endurance and dynamic stability, fully integrating movement of the spine with the extremities to achieve optimal performance.

You can stretch further, fly higher and hold challenging postures longer utilising the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammocks.
In small classes run by a Physiotherapist, both gentle and challenging movements allow you to increase your overall health & physical agility, including spine decompression with zero compression yoga – namely, by using inversions or “upside down” hanging, as one of many movements in the class.
